The Homework Manager project is one of many new offerings to Woodlake families. It is has been launched by your Woodlake Avenue PTSA. The benefits of this project are two fold. First we want to make the homework assignments available online to the students and parents. This will allow families to print out the assignments at their convenience. It will also give parents an edge over the age old excuse of forgetting to bring home their work. Second, we are trying to remove the burden of making photo copies. With only one aging copier and a constantly diminishing copy budget, handouts are a costly and time consuming burden on our teachers. Having the homework available online has an added bonus of helping our school reduce the amount of paper consumed as well as the administrative time that could be devoted to our children. Your PTSA sincerely hopes you will take advantage of this opportunity that is sweeping through our district.
